The innovative vacuum clamping system QuadroVac is specifically designed for heavily contoured workpieces that require machining on multiple axes. With its configurability, the vacuum clamping system is suitable for both series production and the handling of frequently changing part shapes.

The system consists of modularly combinable vacuum base plates in various formats. The base plates accommodate clamping elements in a grid of 150 x 150 millimeters, which can be distributed individually according to the shape of the workpiece to be clamped.

Available elements include those with a flat clamping surface, elements for covering unused areas of the base plates, and elements with variable contour seals. Heights desired by the user are also optionally available. The variable contour seals provide unmatched flexibility for five-sided machining of clamped small to medium-sized workpieces.
