A common challenge is the clamping and fixation technology. For instance, in data acquisition during X-ray applications, it is crucial that the component is captured in full 360°. The clamping technology can be disruptive in this context.

ALUFIX® CT is a modular system made of black plastic, specifically designed for use in computed tomography and X-ray applications. The special type of plastic allows X-rays to pass through almost unhindered. Measurements taken with ALUFIX® CT do not cast shadows on X-ray images, enabling optimal assessment of the test piece.

The design of the components in the ALUFIX® system construction ensures that measuring and testing fixtures can be assembled precisely, easily, and with repeatability. ALUFIX® CT is fully compatible with the proven ALUFIX® Classic system.
